Training and Opportunities

• We have constructed an in-house training plan with different levels. This allows more opportunity and fairness for each employee to reach their own individual potential. For each position, a person must be deemed competent five times before they pass. 
• We have assisted and supported employees to gain forklift tickets and we train suitable employees to operate other machinery.
• We work closely with training services such as the Community College and TAFE. Courses include CPR, Basic First Aid, Numeracy and Literacy.
