Through the NDIS, Northaven offers employment opportunities for people living with disabilities.

Northaven employees are paid and receive the same workplace entitlements of those in open employment. The ability to work and be paid means better social interaction and inclusion for these individuals. Participants can access the following supports:

• Training opportunities in-house and out of house
• Flexible work hours

Specialised Supported Employment

(ADE closed employment)

Supporting people in employment throughout Australian Disability Enterprise business streams. These jobs are for individuals who are unable to work in open employment. It’s a great way to develop work skills, practices and routines to take into other employment.
