Many of you, like so many Australians, may be feeling overwhelmed about the rapidly-changing environment we face in response to the spread of COVID-19.
The situation is bringing many unprecedented challenges to our lives. There has been a lot of information to consume within a short time frame, including those experiencing financial hardship in our community
While these are uncertain times, it's important to remember Northaven will do its utmost to continue to provide your regular supports & keep the service of providing disabilities running as long as it is safe to do so.
Northaven's leadership personnel have been working tirelessly to compile some strategies in line with government recommendations to help maintain productivity and to give everyone clear information about what’s happening while ensuring everyone is safe.
To reduce the risk of exposure to staff and participants, we ask that any non-essential visits to Northaven be deferred, all staff and management will be available via phone or email 24/7 should you have any concerns.
Northaven is complying with the new social distancing guidelines and encouraging our participants to do so.
