Personal Support

• The employee services officer and other staff will assist individuals and their families/carers in different areas.
• We have advocated with Centrelink, local real estates, justice system.
• We offer support in referring employees to suitable GP’s, mental health support, counselling and more.
• We develop a personal Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) every 12 months with each employee.  We look at work and personal goals and how we can help support individuals to achieve this.
